| This fund is solely to help diabetic pets in need.
At the present time, our resources are limited so for the present time,
you must be an active member of the Muffin
e-mail group to qualify since
most of our fundraising is done through this group.
Whether you need financial assistance or not, we urge you to join our
e-mail group for information and support to help you care for your diabetic
pet. Simply write to the muffin.
For assistance, please contact the Board.
We will require the name, address and phone number of your veterinarian.
Funds are provided to veterinarians or pharmarcies for the pet's care after
confirmation - we do not send funds directly to the applicant. Please
complete the application

and Email it to the Board.For
ease of use, copying and pasting into an e-mail is fine.
To donate an item for our fund raising or to make a donation of
supplies or cash, please contact the
Board.
If you would like to make a donation in memory of a special pet, we will
have a page shortly to commemorate that pet and honor your donation.
We have several pets currently who are either in need of immediate assistance
or will be in the near future. These pets are featured on our
Pets
in Needs of Sponsors pages. If you would like to help a specific
pet, or foster its medical care, please contact the
Board.
Donations can be made in any currency which are then deposited into
a U.S. funds account with a Canadian bank.
