We urge you to join our e-mail group for information and support to help you care for your diabetic pet.  Simply write to the muffin. 

For assistance, please contact the Board.  Our funds are very limited and as a result, we ask that you apply to Muffin only as a last resort.

Criteria and an application form
For ease of use, copying and pasting into an e-mail is fine. 

 To donate an item for our fund raising or to make a donation of supplies or cash,  please contact the Board.  If you would like to make a donation in memory of a special pet, we will have a page shortly to commemorate that pet and honor your donation. 

We have several pets currently who are either in need of immediate assistance or will be in the near future.  These pets are featured on our Pets in Needs of Sponsors pages.  If you would like to help a specific pet, or foster its medical care, please contact the Board. 

Donations can be made in any currency which are then deposited into a U.S. funds account with a Canadian bank.
