Truer words were never spoken! If youve arrived at this site, then chances are that your beloved pet has just been diagnosed with diabetes and, understandably, you're very upset and looking for as much information as you can find.

As your veterinarian has no doubt told you, Diabetes is not a death sentence for your pet who, with proper care, should live a normal life span.

This web site and Muffin Diabetic Pets Association were set up to help you cope with this new stage of your pet's life.

"Muffin", an E-mail list, which went "on line" January 01, 1997, was the first of its kind on the Internet, we are proud to say. This is a support group where members ask questions, share experiences, give each other emotional support, and generally assist each other with the day-to-day care of their diabetic pets.
